I had download a Haynes manual and already searched the download area but no luck i am interested at theese engine's tolerances as iam going to rebuilt a 1.2 and a 1.4 16v short block i want to know the con rod tolerance the piston etc. that was because the oil filter was getting filled up with junk. try changing the oil filter with a better one ( MAN ) sooner than necesary at least once every 1000- 2000 km. for 4-5 times. that might get the junk out. if the oil filter gets clought with oil junk then a valve inside the filter lets dirty oil ( unfiltred) in the engine.
