Most Wanted 2012. EA has a nostalgia boner for the game but won't bother remastering or porting it to modern consoles/making a dedicated launcher for it. I recommend sailing the seven seas and downloading some of the cool mods this game has. The game also features a "Most Wanted" list. There are only 10 cars here compared to 15 in Most Wanted 2005. Each car is set a Speed Point milestone. You earn speed points by winning races and escaping the cops, and just little by little from near missing traffic, jumping, and drifting. Yeah I know, I was actually talking about tradeing this one in I allready traded the run in awhile ago. NFS: The Run - traffic is weightless. (Cars are flying when you push them over) NFS: Most Wanted - traffic is heavy. (Your car comes to a complete stop / you crash when you ram traffic.) I never found Most Wanted (2012) unplayable. I actually rather enjoyed it once I stopped viewing it as a NFS game and just Burnout Paradise with real cars and police pursuits. Rivals on the other hand was utter garbage. I can't believe I wasted $50 on the digital version even though it came with all the DLC. Now since the next-gen NFS I don't know which is most accurate but Most Wanted '12 sounds a lot better. That's if we're talking only about the engine sounds, Most Wanted '12 has pretty much no gearbox sounds and everything else is barely audible so I guess Forza wins overall. Most Wanted has its problems and it can feel grindy at times but it feels like a complete game with coherent vision. Carbon is by no means bad though, but I would consider it my least favorite out of all "golden era" NFS games - and I think there is more fun time to be had with MW. Still, you should play them both. .
